I found a work out for my dads totally fucked up stomach muscles. I went and brought one of thoose big balls you balance and exercise on. The exercise is to roll it from his feet up the entire length of his body and back down again. It requires him to bend forward and lots of leaning. I also brough some hand weights for us to lift with after we on walks together to help him sweat more and burn off the weight.
apart from that my life is quite boring have just been watching loads of Mythbusters....
So how are you been upto much?
