So, to cut a long story short. I got rushed to hospital by ambulance last night for the first time in my life.
I ended up having a panic attack (brought on my bringing up my dinner of all things), so bad that it felt like someone had reached into my chest and had a vice grip on my heart. Owwies. Major Owwies. Anyway, Mum was worried.
An ambulance was called at around 12pm, 5-10 minutes later they arrived and they did all sorts of tests on me and decided Yep, I had to goto hospital. From what I work out they seemed to have thought there was a chance I had a minor heart attack, but thank heavens I didn't. I got a lovely doctor, who didn't make me do bloods cause I am petrified of bloods. But I did have a ECG, Chest X-ray, Maxalon needle, Blood Sugar test (8.3) and some other things I forget.
Uhm. Probably one of my better hospital experiences, nice doctors and no blood needed. But really scary. The people bustling around you. Not knowing what is happening.
Anyway. Outcome: Major panic attack brought on by stress, and nausea. Take maxalon for the neusea, rest, relax.

Ahhhhhh lololololol. I remember that rule! I learnt that from the coolest teacher ever. But I still disregard that rule for believe...i have no idea why :/
