Yes. In my town, animal protein is still much cheaper per gram of protein (McDonald's etc.). What are people on a limited income supposed to do?

@unknownmisery    You can get plants protein with all the seeds. 100 gr of sunflower seeds have 22% of protein. If you add this seed on a salad your protein levels increase. Also, all the beans (soya beens, green beans etc) have proteins as well if you let hem grow their roots.
