so much silence. I've been quite busy with the huge and severe subject of putting a radio station to work. it has been a funny task, but also kind of crazy and demanding. we are now putting together the internet signal, so if you want to come and check it out for a bit, and leave a comment, please don't hesitate.... we'll love you. just click here. As far as this is a test signal, it's mostly music, some id's, some campaigns... and that's it. you can hear some powerful rock music anyway!!!

This is a community radio station in an small town near to Mexico City, called Amecameca. The radio is called "la voladora", and is devoted to give the common people accesible tools to communicate through the radio. in mexico, as in most parts of the world, we have an incredible and offensive media concentration in the hands of very few people. this gives this persons a huge amount of political and social influence. So, we decided to create our own media to enpower the people's capabilities and agenda.

kind of crazy and romantic job, but somebody has to do it. don't hate the media, become the media!
