I've been a vegetarian for 5 years or so, but I just made the cross-over to vegan last month. So far, I feel fantastic and I don't crave cheese, milk, eggs etc even the least bit. I've been baking and cooking yummy vegan dishes and treats and discovering produce that I have never tried. If you are vegetarian and have ever contemplated going full vegan, you should honestly make the leap. People say it's too hard, you'll crave cheese, but it's easy and it feels amazing. If you're on the fence, like I was for years, here are two books I found that changed my mind:
The Vegan Girl's Guide to Life by Melisser Elliott
Vegan Freak by Bob & Jenna Torres
I also found a really cool shop that makes homemade cruelty-free soaps
