So the guest suite is empty and ready for guests. I think I am going to make it into a love get-away. I'ts hard to feel sexy time for long term relationship when there is laundry everywhere and a dog watching.
I get to see my mental health NP today, first meeting and I am very excited I ended up not having to work last night. I love my job but nights are killing me. Sleeping 16-20 hours at a time on my days off doesn't make working 3 days a week worth it.
The resume is done though, that was a huge effort. Mentally trying organize what I've learned over the last year, sheesh. Done though, done. So now comes the job hunting. This economy sucks but people are still sick and dying or having kids so there is work for me somewhere. I am just so picky. I don't want, will not, commute. Not in this city. So I have to find a day job, that I am actually interested in, that is close by.
I am keeping closer touch with family and friends of late and am very happy about that. Tonight I get to see 7 peeps from my Klamath life! I wanted to go to eugene this weekend but with the cold and being sick so recent, I think I am just going to indulge in my new obsession, working on the house.
I always loved playing house, and now that we own one the possibilities are endless. I am still feeling like shit at times but less so now. Balance balance balance, yoga and falafel turkey meatballs with pasta and tahini sauce.

UTIs suck a bunch of dicks. so do kidney infections. i got my first one the week of graduation etc and had to put off seeing a doctor because i just didn't have TIME. bad choice i know but it turned out ok.
your paint store story cracked me the fuck up. its funny how opinionated people can get about YOUR paint colors when you're standing in line.
your summer off sounds awesome. good luck with your new career hunt. i know the medical field is hurting for people but i've also heard of impossibly poorly-timed hiring freezes.
egads. baby time. san fran is fun even if you don't drink but at least you saved some money by staying home. COME TO NEW YORK!! you HAVE to stay here, its not insanely expensive and it looks really really cool. coincidentally, its around the corner from here, which is fun to go to. we will also show you all the most delicious restaurants! i love eating in this city. i also know some other cool things to do. like this! you'd love it.

I have to go SOMEWHERE thoug and day hikes don't count (though they are fun and help with the kick ass shape goal).
