Yesterday, I watched "Man On Fire" and "Colors". Man on fire was awesome, it was so good and so sad. This is one of my favorite Denzel Washington roles ever, he's the kind of person I wish most people would be. As for Colors, I'm still upset over some guy who got shot by a stupid cop (the guy who wasn't Rocket). I can't deal with immorality and corruption in power.
Which brings us to the biggest moron of them all, the president of the United States of America. Lies, lies, lies, evil, corrupt, stupid, repulsive, dense, good for nothing piece of throw-up. Learned some new words, though, eh? Litany, rhetoric... and then he started using not just Kerry's words, but his "slogans": more of the same. I'd be willing to trade my life for the sake of this world, anything to get GW out of the White House. I haven't had more than 3 moments of peace since that fucker came into office, or well, since 9/11. Maybe I should see a doctor b/c my anxiety rides high. I look around and I see a fucked up world of injustice and inequality. And I can't escape it, I almost started crying on the treadmill the other day when I thought GW would be re-elected.
In happier thoughts, my abdominal muscles hurt like hell b/c I am focusing on slipping punches. And I'm getting good at it, I slipped a bunch when I sparred the other day.
Of course, it is easier now that I have headgear that has a cage guarding my face - a trade-off for a nose ring (and to keep my face pretty 
).
