I hate when I can smell 5 spice, I feel like it’s such a cheat for me @chefdaddy

I think it should half count as it has a basis in childhood trauma.  On the other hand, I have no defense for my "ew!" regarding fried pig eyes.  I have not tried them and I cannot blame my reaction on any personal experience.  I don't even know if, when cooked, they are recognizable as eyes.  It just sounds gross.
