Well it's been a little while since I blogged, I've literally had zero free time lately and can't remember the last time I had a full "me" day, with all this crazy going on the blog homework "how do you relieve stress" seemed rather apt...
I have a two tried and tested methods:
Method one: keep busy with things you enjoy, if you are too busy to notice stress then it's not going to bother you, not the healthiest method but really helps you ignore the fact you're stressed as hell if in between said stress you're having a riot of a time!
Method two: exercise, the Drs say when you're depressed or stressed the best thing to do is exercise, it's true. Hell, I want nothing more than to lay my lazy ass down on the ground and cry no matter where I am when I'm stressed and upset BUT if instead I throw on my running gear and run 5K I feel amazing afterwards, not only have I accomplished something but my body aches for a day or so after to remind me of how hard I worked and this encourages me to keep up the exercise to slowly get rid of that ache.

BUT(t) before that we have this gem coming out in 1 month and 3 weeks shot by @jessaskittles I can't wait for this to come out it feels like forever since I decided to come back to SG and shot this and I'm so happy with how it turned out!
