So its over, I cant be dealing with selfish behavior like that. I'm absolutely gutted but its for the best and I've not lost any friends over it and have gained a few new closer friends if anything.
Yesterday I had a great day, went horse riding on the beach cantered for miles and felt so free I live in such a beautiful part of the world. Then went out to the pub and met some of my friends and some people I have met recently who I am sure will become closer friends.
Today I didnt ride as I have spent the day in bed exhausted from not eating propperly this week due to stress and god damn it I didnt lose ANY weight! But I am about to book myself in with a nice therapist and get all my issues sorted out I think its about time.
Thanks to everyone who has stood by me and listened to me moan so freakin much I really appreciate it.
