Sorry I have been so quite I have been feeling much better since the weekend minus a small issue with my hand which means my blog entry will be short as I am typing with only one...

I've managed to pull a muscle or something pretty badly in my hand which means I am finding typing at work and doing loads of things pretty hard...
Luckily for me that although my left hand is the more dominant I can use my right quite comfortably.
