Ok I think I've decided I don't like new years. I can understand the whole people celebrating thing but that's not for me. I have no interest at all in going out and partying.
I have no interest in all in getting drunk... could care less about the ball drop...or staying up till midnight to see the new year come in... There's a party downstairs right now with my current roommate..err roommates... my former roommate the bartender..and several others.. I could walk right in...don't want to. so instead I'm going to spend my new years eve alone in my apartment twiddling my thumbs because at the moment I'm not in the mood to watch a movie or play any of my video games....

New Years Sucks
The person who experiences greatness must have a feeling for the myth he is in. He must reflect what is projected upon him. And he must have a strong sense of the sardonic. This is what uncouples him from belief in his own pretensions. The sardonic is all that permits him to move within himself. Without this quality, even occasional greatness will destroy a man.
