yeah, people at the gym are odd. i watch form, try to help some (i know not to bother with some people, they just get annoyed with any feedback, from a girl no less)
lots of guys trying to outdo eachother, trying to impress other people, as well as their own egos. ah well. then they wonder why their rotator cuffs are injured or they have tendonitis in either one or more sites on their bodies. thats when some of them decide to come over to me and ask how to get rid of the pain or problem.
lat pulldown is bad...squats are horrible too, so many times i feel pain watching how they do them incorrectly. deadlifts--i cringe and wait to hear a back snap.
