Nothing twists your guts up in a knot quite like getting into an argument over something petty. I work with some old dogs that want to turn any problem that arises over to me. This means my day is usually spent trying to accomplish a few tasks in between a steady stream of interruptions. Troubleshoot it, I know you can do it yourself. I could really use a deep sea dive. Give me back my tail and my gills.



Meditating to clear myself just brings me back to the unresolved frustration. A clear mind is a wonderful thing. There is an old star trek episode called 'Dagger Of The Mind'. Dr. Van Gelder creates a machine that clears the mind in order to subdue and reform the prisoners. Of course it gets used for evil, but the notion is beautiful. Switch it on and drain out your thoughts.



I think I need to get into the body bag for a while. If anyone has a large red ball feel free to smack me in the face with it. If this doesn't make sense don't worry about it. Blanket.
