I've been inactive here lately, I'm kind of in a limbo right now where spring fever has hit, and I'm hating sitting on my ass all day in front of the computer; I'm tired of my lack of energy, tired of being tired all the time, and finally focusing a bit on the environment around me.
When we moved in to this apartment, we just threw everything we could in here. About 90% of all our furniture was passed down to us, and doesn't match. Nothing very modern or "nice" looking. So far, we've added some color by means of a new couch, and a rug, but that has to be replaced now, as neither matches the other. It's nice to focus on the home a bit, kind of re-focus on the place I call home, and try to make it feel how I want to to be, a calm, comfy, peaceful, bright and cheerful place for me, my family, and my friends.
Color is very therapeutic, especially in the home.
