This is what is looks like after sliding on concrete at about 20+mph. Normal, and, of course, zombiefied. Don't worry, the mountain bike landed in the grass. Soaking the limb in Epsom salts is one hell of a mind fuck considering, its not yet scabbed over, but it feels wonderful! :)

i love Colorado. i have only been back for two weeks and i'm ready to quit my job and return to stay. i actually felt human on vacation. must be the elevation... its a natural high.
