Batman vs Superman: Dawn of Justice is a movie that tries to achieve what the Avengers pioneered, but instead comes off as repeated a mistake made by Sony Pictures with Spider-man 3 and Fox with X-men 3: Last Stand (or whatever, ugh). The mistake is to shove too much into one movie without a certain amount of widely available explanation. Be it through a set of movies or a tv show, Warner Bros needed to actually create a universe through time and momentum. It will still make a lot of money and warrant a sequel, but it doesn't do it through the merit of being a good film.
They had 2 movies worth of content, but not enough to make a cohesive story. I blame Warner Bros. The studio needs a franchise and that's it. Very sad. Also, the movie didn't need the 20 minute ending.
Floating dirt.
