I was so close to being at that anti-war march on the Pentagon today. I'd been in DC on business all week and stayed with a good friend last night and today, and we were fully prepared to pack a flask or two and make our way to the biggest St Patty's Day party in the country (I figured). But it was too damn cold, so we saddled up to the bar at a local watering hole instead. I can't complain about the government outside when it's arctic.

Protest rallies at the beach on a nice day? That I can handle.
