so today i made 37.75 litres of nacho sauce, 151 serves tommorrow i make the same of bolognaise for lasagna and chilli con carne` its hard to cook these things cause i cant taste em (darn vegetarianism) to make sure there ok so i follow the recipe and pray for the best
our staffing situation at work has gone from bad to worse people are dropping like flies once i come back from sydney im starting the search for a new job i cant take the crap and the untrained staff shit me to hell i had a girl walk outt cause i yelled at her for screwing up im a hell ogre in the kitchen people are afraid of me, i intimidate them and they dont wanat o work with me wwahahahah

ive spent all day cooking and now i cant be assed to cook for myself so im going to go hunt for some dinner im liking the idea of sushi though that does mean leaving the house but i do have miso here so i might just have that instead
