Okay, haven't updated for awhile so here it goes:
Went to Strung Out last weekend, and for all those who didn't go YOU'RE LOSERS!!! It was an Awesome show! Discovered another cool band(I guess if you like emo) called Soasin. I met up with a lot of old friends there and one them had a little too much fun and ended up breaking his wrist.
Monday was another practice night. I broke my E-string at the last practice so I had to buy some new ones and they sound perfect! So Monday, after warming up a little, I had a wire on my cabinet break a solder even before we could begin. So, we spent the rest of the night searching the barn(we practice in a barn) for a soldering iron when Ron revealed to me that he's inviting his father-in-law to his bachelor party. I believe my exact words were, "Are you a fucking idiot?!" I mean, how stupid can you be?
The Misunderstood show on Wednesday was pretty cool, although I think their new style is getting kind of lame. Honestly, I think The Dropskots put on the better show. The ride home was a blast! Trying to fight a drunken J.P. from firing off my fire extinguisher in my car while trying to drive at the same time after four beers. I know, you think, "Four beers?! What a pussy!!" Ever had a D.U.I.? Try flushing about $2,000 down the toilet. You'd be a little cautious too.
Turkey day was "okay" at best. My grandma bitched the whole night about how much weight I'm losing and that I'm not eating enough. Why is it that old people think that you're unhealthy unless you're fat and gross? I then took a trip out to Bennett to fix my cabinet and found Kenny broke the chain on his snair. I swear if on more thing breaks some one's going to be pained!!!
So now here I sit, with my last PBR and nothing to watch but a rerun of Roseanne. My life is starting to suck.
Oh yeah, I found those girls I pissed off two weeks ago on myspace and wrote them a letter of apology. They have to forgive a neighbor, right?
Anyway, sorry for being so long winded but it's been awhile.
Hope everybody had a good holiday!!!
Doc

And I know what you mean about older folks thinking you're unhealthy if you're not.... heavy. My stepdad's family is from New Orleans. When his brothers and sisters visit, they always think I look too thin... unless I'm going through a fat period.
