Having a bit of down day today. feeling very fat. frown

I know I shouldn't moan about it and just get on and do something about it but.. well.. it seems impossible at the moment.

I feel fat every day. Especially when i come off my diet. But I know its partly psychological so I keep it in check. Just relax about it.

and thats not till sunday. oh man why do i always buy stupid things i dont need????

hmmm i think ill go turn the couch inside out in a hope to find some cash. smile
