I went to the Vans Warped Tour this past Saturday. I saw some great bands and had a great time.
Saturday was a great day of music, drinking(because music always sounds so much better when you have a drink in your hand), and of course sun. Among others Joan Jet, Helmut , and NOFX put on great performances. I was also very impressed by a new band I saw called the "Last Great Hope."

I definately plan to go see them again the next time they perform in South Florida. They really rock! And for gods sake buy the CD instead of downloading the songs illegally!! If for no other reason, because the CD cover has the cutest little funny looking doggie on it
. And the album is called "Creatures of Beauty." You have to see it to appreciate it. This is one of my favorite album covers ever. It makes me smile. 
My only problem with the Warped tour besides the sweltering heat and obsenely expensive food and drinks was that none of the bathrooms had toilet paper.
Even the food vendors ran out of napkins. It was like some kind of sick joke. Next time i won't forget to bring my own. There were also a lot more kids than I would have expected to see. 
But it was lots of fun!!
To top it off after that I went to a friends house and watched the "Suicide Girls first burlesque tour" DVD(something else you should buy) again. And of course had some more drinks.
Then I got home and passed out in drunken exhaustion. ..fun day.
