Hey kiddos
I'm doing a project, who wants to add a little input on male/female friendships? Do they work? Do they not? Do they work if sex is involved? Can girls ever be one of the "guys"? I need the ladies and gents to put their vote in on this one, you know you all have your stories
I'll give you my input once I've got all mah data collected.
For now, vintage nude of me.

I don't usually comment but I feel I should. I have slept (actually sleeping) with a friend and she's seeing other people. We are friends and I trust her completely. I hope she feels the same. I don't feel there is any tension. Hope this helps.

well, I'm a bit late to this conversarion; but, I've had a few friendships that became romantic and it was great while it lasted. Also did the friends-with-benefits thing once and it ruined the friendship. She wanted to bang more often and I wanted to concentrate on my work...it ended with her always being too busy because she was hanging out with a couple different other guys: one she was clearly dating and another that apparently replaced my role in her life. We still hung out here and there but our daily adventures and conversations had ended. In the end, (since I was the one who seduced her) I feel I didn't accomplish anything by hooking up with her--instead I lost a friend that I had come accustomed to leaning on quite often. I think the result was due to the fact that we were so different... which is what I admired and thought was so adorable about her. But it just couldn't work. We grew further apart and are reduced to a political correctness of "yeah, we're friends"....but she's not (and I don't consider her someone I dated). So.... wtf?!
