Well since right now my life is revolving around work, I'll start there.
I got my schedule for the first 2 weeks of Sept. and almost exploded. I was on shift (gallery) for 4 nights and one day. my one day shift is a Sat. which is the slowest shift there is. I was gonna have a HUGE fit until I went into Admin today. I was told that all of my hours would be added up between a 3 places (admin, galler, sales office) and anything over 40 hrs will be at time and a half of my (higher) admin rate
Hell if they wanna pay me that much BRING IT ON!!!!!! Holy shit!!! Let me show you a breakdown:
35 gallery hours
30 admin hours
7 sales office hrs.
72 HOURS A WEEK!!!!! 32 hours of 1 1/2 T!!!!! Look out East coast here I come
I can pay off all my bills, pay off what I owe from my trip (and past debts), and I may even be able to afford the weekend trip to CA that I wanted to make sometime before I move. This would be great. all I need is to make it thru Sept. Oct. will go down to just Admin (hopefully)
Well just a couple more days til my docs. I have settled down a little since last time I posted, but I am still a bit nervous. Normally I'm pretty healthy, no major medical issues. BUT my family is another story. My mom, sister, and grandmother have all had some of the issues that they are testing me for, and my sister is even younger than I am. That's what I have going for me though, my age. More on this after Monday.
Monday is my next day off. I'll try and catch up on everyone's journals and comments then... or hopefully Sat night (since my social life is nonexistent).
