My tummy is swollen with Thai food and butter pecan ice cream. I went on a date for the first time in ages. It was fun, but more so because I love Thai food.
I pulled a muscle in my back the other day... it hurts like hell and i'm gonna die. Especially since I had to help little old ladies lift huge bags of dog food into their land yachts today... stoopid old ladies.... So, i'm in pain.

I've only heard the two sample songs off of Decrepit Birth's web site, that's great stuff I have to pick that up. Lately I've been really hooked on the new Exhumed - Anatomy Is Destiny, excellent album.
