I paid 81,000 for mine 6 years ago. my lot is smaller than my buddies but the house is bigger overall. is it time to cash in my chips? i don't know how true that is, but i'm pretty sure that's how it goes.
I thought about selling too because my place doubled in 1 1/2 years because of the boom, but the question was, and do what? I couldn't afford anything new in the market
