My mom had a guest from japan here in Canada for a couple weeks. Its soo refreshing to see our country and society through a fresh new perspective, the mundane is interesting once again.

Thanks for the advice on colours. I used CIL paint in eggshell finish and I am super happy with it. I just bought it at Home Depot.
As for the trim, all my doors and trim are already glossy white, and your right it does look aweome.
Here is a question for you. My kitchen and dining area are actually connected to my bright green living room, but they are this hidious off white. There is no window in those rooms so they don't get much natural light. Any suggestions? the colour green is almost like this ------>

This is exciting, I feel so inspired. I think I should paint the computer room too and my bathroom definitely needs paint. I also really want to paint my bedroom purple, but everyone keeps telling me they love the grey and it really does match everything...... I guess.....
