I woke up at 4 pm today. Looooove those weekends!
Went with the girlfriend for dinner and a flick, Punch-Drunk Love. A fine movie, we concurred, but oddly without a reason for existence, as far as we could make out. (no wiseass comments about how I phrased that :b )
Classes end this week (I think) and are soon followed by exams (yay) and two weeks during which I have to figure out how to use these $25 Amtrak vouchers that expire on the 31st. Niagara Falls would be nice, especially since you can get lovely deals on hotel rooms with jacuzzis during New Year's (at least you could last year..hope things haven't changed). And there's gambling, too, hooray!
Unbelievably Poisonous Animal of the Day
In honor of Bill Bryson, whose book "In a Sunburned Country," I have just reread, I present to you one of the most poisonous thing on the planet. The Box Jellyfish can kill you in four minute, if you touch a sufficient length of one of its tentacles. Of course, it's transparent. making it pretty hard to spot. It can see, even though it doesn't have a brain. Remarkable.

oh yeah, I forgot to tell you... I might be coming out to toronto over christmas vaction... i've never been to canada... we're getting a cabin just outside of town... hope it's fun.

Beats me, although having SG's present would no doubt help. Maybe TO members just aren't into it. In any case, I'd still like to get together and do something.
