This week's issue of NOW Magazine (nowtoronto.com) has a piece questioning the wisdom and sanity of "Canadian ad execs" who chose to put the song "There She Goes" (by The La's) into a Kellogg's commercial for Special K. They refer to its alleged references to heroin use and suggest that it's either "clever subliminal advertising or just a real dumb mistake."

Regards once again from NYC. Grooverider and myself went to see "The Two Towers" tonight and went out for a drink and chat afterwards. Fun, as well as some tasty wontons with peanut sauce, was had by everyone. You guys at the SGNY NYE thing will be glad to know that Groove is a most excellent person to hang around with.

i lived in a gehry home for a while. it was soectacular. you may wanna reconsider.

ive never spoken first person to my grandmother about her story. i get all my information piecemeal from other family members. i mean we talk about the nazis and we talk about how hard it was, but she doesnt talk about her experience. she looks at me and i can see the thin wall she has errected to hold back the pain in her eyes though.
