Going out for a drink tonight for an early birthday celebration, my actual birthday is on Sunday. This is the first birthday since separating from my wife. A few of the people that will be out tonight know what’s going on, but those who don’t I’m sure will be asking why she isn’t out. Can’t wait to have that conversation with a group of people.

It finally happened. After about 4 years of being unhappy with my marriage, I moved out. I haven’t been able to stop crying and feeling completely alone. She still loves me. And I feel like the worst person in the world. 2019 is great so far

Found out today that I’m being transferred AND demoted at work. I have roughly a month until I’m moved but the changes are taking effect starting next Monday. Fuck my life. What else can go wrong? How do I speak to life’s manager to complain? I’m over this.

I’m very much a night owl, so on days that I don’t work, it’s common for me to be up until 2-230am, then sleep until around 11am. What’s your ideal sleep schedule like?
