I drove my BMW into a ditch Sunday night. I turned a corner, spun out and ended up facing the opposite direction in the ditch. Four feet from a sign post and an inch and a half away from a cobblestone wall.

It took three cops, two tow trucks, four people asking if I needed medical assistance and Claire's weird enthusiasm to get me out of the ditch.




And there's not a scratch on my car.
