i'm so freaking POed!! i canceled my account the day i was suppose to renew and apparently that was a few hours too late. so i wrote to costomer service and, of course, in SG style all they did was give me crap. yes, i'm aware of the automatic billing and the terms of condition i agreed too. why do we have to be asses about it? i mean, a simple "you know what, we can't refund you" would have been fine. but instead they got attitude. big suprise. someone seriously needs to knock these people off their high horse.
