Hello everybody!
Do you ever get those days where you're not only feeling sick but strangely disoriented as well? Yeah, well that's what I'm dealing with today. The day started off not so great because I had to at least show up to work to prove that I wasn't just faking sick (because my bosses are all insensitive ASSHOLES!!!!!). They wanted me to work anyway, but the problem is that my job requires thinking and I just couldn't function on that level, so after about an hour of dealing with the unbearable heat I end up saying "I can't do this anymore" and go home and sleep. When I wake up I look at the clock in my room and I'm like "damn how is it already 9pm and it's so bright out?" I kept staring at the clock, wondering how this was possible......"where's my fucking phone?!"
After about five minutes of looking for it and then finding it next to my bed I was finally able to confirm the time.
it was only 3.
Since then I've been doing a little better.
I'm seriously contemplating growing some veggies in containers on my balcony. Might start on it today if I can get off my ass. I'll probably start with some tomatoes and see how that goes. I think it would be so great to have a mini-garden without all the work of a big one out in the yard. I love fresh veggies too so the payoff will be nice if I can keep them alive.
Oh and I almost forgot to mention the 21st was armyofrobots and my one year anniversary. One whole year of putting up with each other's bullshit (him more than me) and we're still going strong. Yea!
We just hung out together for most of the week, eatin' fancy, watchin' movies and going to theme parks. He got me a wii too, which is so much fun.
I even thought about just quitting my job - I'm over it at this point - and driving down to key west for this weekend, but he has to raid
Oh well. I still love the boy!
