No worries, everyone. I'm still alive, just extremely busy.
Love you all for the birthday comments <3333333
Last weekend I went to Megacon! It was pretty exciting and I got to meet Voltaire....er...not the former SG. This guy:
he's so dreeeaaamy
Even though I was working at my normal job for most of the weekend, I made bank from selling my panda prints because the peeps at twomonocles.com were awesome and let me have some table space. They were a little upset in the end because I made so much money while they weren't doing so hot in the sales department. I felt bad, but considering all the work I put into the promotional material for their site I got over it
....like these fliers that I made at the last minute:
aaaaaaaaand the considerably large painting on canvas depicting the creators:
(that's just a progress shot, but you get the idea)
When I went back on Sunday I decided I wanted to dress up so I pulled out one of my black petticoats and a really cute jacket, and then my super awesome batwings and topped it off with a mini tophat and voila! Instant gothic lolita. I had so many people take pictures of me, but i've yet to see any of them surface on the interweb.
I've decided that I'm going to get my own table next year. So I need to start cranking out some digipaints that I can make some prints of next year. Any ideas on what I should do? The pandas did really well.....I just don't know what else I can do that isn't completely overdone at this point. Oh well. I'm sure it'll come to me.
PS - My hair is green for St Patty's! No pictures yet.
