I was thinking about my ex all day thanks to the nightmare I had last night...
I think he's been inpatient in a mental health program for the past couple weeks after a suicide attempt (which was of course, my fault) because he hasn't tried to contact me...until today.
Of course. He had to text me today. The day that I'm having horrible anxiety.

Well he texted me telling me to throw all his shit away (that he left at our place) except to mail him his dog tags because he doesn't want to see me. And to please not respond to the text.

I wanted to respond with a big "FUCK YOU" ... but that would just be childish. I didn't respond to the text at all.

I will send him his dog tags, because those are important, and I don't want them.

But as far as I'm concerned, he's getting the rest of his shit back too. If he wants to throw it away, then he can definitely do that, but that's not my job. He can't tell me what to do. Not anymore.

I say this, and act like I'm fine...but I'm freaking out. Really freaking out.
