i stopped and visited this dog on the way home from philly today.
he is definitely meant for me. i will have him.

the story the "breeders" gave the spca when they brought him in at 10 weeks old with one eye hanging out is that he had an eye infection since birth and they never got it taken care of. he was already covered with other (healed) scars, so they talked them into turning him over. the woman fostering him believes he was probably used as a bait dog for training other dogs to fight
