First off thank you to those who commented and read my last blog.

I am so psyched as after a 6 yr retirement (minus the 1 game I could make for a team in college) I will be back on the football field this weekend. I joined the Boston Flag Football league. I am hoping my knee can hold up, it has been bothering me a lot. I jammed it down real hard last night when bowling.

Well out to get the flag and then do a bunch of work!
