You've watched Fawlty Towers before, right? Of course you have! Ya know how Basil is always running around in a frenzy, maniacally frustrated by all that surrounds him? Well, that was me today...so mad that all you can do is shake your fist! Yep, a pretty crappy day.......UNTIL........the phone rang at 5:15. One of my sales reps is in town and wants to take me out for dinner. Very cool, but that's not the reeeeeeaaaaallll good part. Remember the other day, I spoke of the hot Mexican girl I went to lunch with? Well, at 5:45, she called and ASKED ME THE FUCK OUT!!!!!!! How much does that kick ass!?! It kicks a lot of ass...a whole lotta ass! Now, if you follow my pathetic doo-doo filled Twinkie existence, you already know that GETTING the date is the easy part. It's GOING ON the date that seems to be the problem. I'm keeping my hopes at a normal non-dashable level. Expectations will be right in the middle. That's a crock of shit, but I'm saying it so I don't jinx the whole operation. Hey, it COULD just be a friendly gesture. We'll see what happens. Things turned around mighty quickly and unexpectedly.
Went to eat at the Texas Music Cafe. Serious grubbage!!! I ate a portion of chicken that was seriously the size of a damn cat !!! Drank 10 glasses of iced tea, so I'm mega-amped right now.
I'm very sceptical right now, cuz my UP periods never seem to last. It's cool for now.
