It's so nice to be safe in sound in my humble digs tonight. I went out last night for a bit. Stayed out way too late. Felt like I had been hit by a truck this morning. That's kinda odd, as I don't drink.
Today was somewhat tolerable at work. I went out to lunch with a very cool girl. It was a business thing, not a date. She is really cool. Very pretty and Mexican! Easy, big fella! I'm proceeding with caution with everyone I deal with from here on out. This was strictly business. I'd be a fool to think that there was potential for anything more...right? It was really cool, because the waitress gave us our food for free, cuz I'm such a good customer. How cool is that!
Right now, I'm listening to Lords of the New Church, and trying to forget about everything that's been bugging me lately. I gotta re-think the way I do things nowdays. I keep getting into predicaments in which I don't belong. I feel like I'm getting the life sucked outta me. It's nice to know that I've met some real great folks here.
I know I'm gonna be out cold the second my head hits the cheetah sheets. Nighty night!
