So I had my interview today. I got myself all prepared well in advance. This place is WAY up North, so I Googled a map for the place. With my monkey suit on, I left with plenty of time to spare. The problem was that the map was totally wrong! In Texas, where every road has 5 names, there were no signs, exits or any mention of the road I needed. I was on a toll road, and ended up shelling out somewhere around $7 in tolls. When I finally found the place, I was 10 minutes late. Ironically, the office is right next to the interstate, which I should have taken HAD I KNOWN THAT! The interview went okay. I'm fully qualified for the job. Unfortunately, I'm a bit of a spreadsheet retard, so that might be my death knell on this. We'll see if they call me back. Did I mention that my fly was open during the interview? Oh yeah. Fortunately, I spotted it before they did (I hope). Yeah, great. Just perfect. Well, as they say in cartoons, back to the drawing board.
That's all I have for you.
