i started a diet today! i had pretty much given up on diets, mainly because ive tried many of them and never had any good results. my friend told me about this diet he had been doing. the diet consists of eating 25 grams of fat or less per day. my friend lost 30lbs while doing it, his friend lost 45lbs in 3 months and a friend of my mom did the diet and she lost about 50lbs. not gonna lie, im pretty excited about it. it seems like the easiest, least stressful diet. if anyone is interested in it, let me know and ill send you the email about it. it lists all of the food you can eat and all that stuff.
