Hi, so I haven't started writing here before, mainly because I didn't have much time but I guess I'll give it a try, so kind of an introduction today.
I'm Adolfo, I live in Costa Rica, that small country in Central America, which most people consider South America but thrust me it is Central America :). I'm 33 and I work as a marketing consultant and I'm a chef as well, although I'm not working in a kitchen at the moment. I told you before I didn't have much time, well that is true. I've been very busy working on my site http://www.elevatefood.org, is not ready yet but hopefully it will be soon, it will be a food and restaurant blog and my gastronomy business consultant website.
Besides that I'm also trying to get my business open next year and that will be a small cafe/deli/restaurant thing lol and probably you didn't know but I'm a vegetarian, the place won't be complete vegetarian but it will have a veggie version of every single dish in the menu. So I'll keep you posted about it so anytime you come visit Costa Rica you can also visit my place. By the way Costa Rica is beautiful if you haven't hear so, but I bet you did :).
