May 1 mindi, carrie and I went for a long slow training ride. We rode 50 miles only to get lost in EAST saint louis through the midst of not a few guys who looked at us like we were crazy, 2 girls and 1 guy on bicycles. What a thrill! Took the metrolink across the river...in spandex.
