Tonight I will be attending a 90's themed party.

I don't want to go grunge. Things I have that might work: pair of ripped, patched jeans (a dark wash, though), a black, tight pencil skirt that goes from about my waist (not hips) to just above my knees.

But what should I wear with either of those and still look hot? Suggestions please...
