ok, check it out...it's 7am, and I am up and about, getting ready to go for a trot with a canine before work and after coffee. Awesome. 2 days in a row. It's very pretty our right now, but high humidity is s'posed to move in today, so I am going to take advantage of this niceness.
Pretty much detoxed from the crap too. I took my lunch to work which makes life so much easier. Got home and was starving last night and found a bag of ginger snaps that I forgot about. Inhaled about 6 of those till my stomach started to hurt. Owwie...acidic ginger. So now that food is taking on the tint of being under control I am bracing myself for a few weeks of sluggish workouts till the body adjusts to not having to rely on simple carbs. I figure by July I should be cranking on this.
So what else is going on? Nuthin' here. I have to go to Home Depot this weekend and get the parts for inside the toilet. Then I have to figure out how to take out the old parts and put in the new. My toilet tank is dripping then it gets low and flushes. Or makes that flush sound and fills back up again. Scares the crap out of me at 2:30 in the morning. Oh! I made a pun! Totally unintentional.
No more long weekends till 4th July. But we have a 4-day weekend, so that'll be real nice. Maybe the revolution will be revisted this year. Yeah, that'd be cool.
So this assinine fence bordering Mexico that the fucked up gov. wants to build will cost like $3 bill. I heard. ANd with the neo-fascists complaining about how much illegal aliens cost us, I want to see a breakdown of costs of illegals, versus economic contribution including total savings to companies who hire them (health insurance, workers comp, costs of maintaining workplace legal standards, fair market wage, etc etc) and cost of the fence and military expnditure to guard the fence. This government is such a large grouping of fuckwads in one place at one time it's a miracle that there isn't some sort of vacuum over washington that sucks intelligent people up into as they pass through. Oh wait, maybe washington IS that vacuum for all the neo-fascists.
Have you noticed that all the idiots who so proudly had their cars covered with Bush/Cheney '04 stickers no longer have those stickers? I haven't seen one in ages.

I built the bike up myself, and cause it's rigid with a steep head angle and smallish rear triangle it's nimble and manouvrable. It's was single speed but i had high gearing for longer rides, but this is just sweet.
The internal hub i used is the newer version of a classic. I haven't heard of the hubs you mentioned but i'll look into them
Take it easy honey
