just got back from a 2 mile run, with canines. That's always a hassle cuz they don't run for the self-discipline/exercise of it all, they run for fun, which means lots of sniffing and chasing things. But we all had a good time.
It was one of those runs where I ran well, and part of that came from noticing deep in my stomach some buried emotions of some sort, anger or frustration or something. I like running. I like the cathartic sweat. It's spiritually and emotionally cleansing. I have, a couple of times, run so hard that I cried. The pain of it got me in touch with emotional stuff. I loved it.
I also had the realization thatI really love my job, and I am so not going to sabotage myself. I've done that in the past, more times than I can remember.
Was just reminded that the one day season has started, and because I don't have upgraded cable so I can't watch.

Unfortunately FuJi passed away several years ago. While in the Marine Corps I was married for a time. After a time of marriage we mutually decided to take on the responsibility of a dog. We subsequently became separated and then divorced. I was in an Elite Unit and was constantly traveling for training or operations and could not properly care for him. I brought FuJi back to Massachusetts and made him a ward of my parents. They fell in Love with him and he enhanced their lives for many years. I miss my pet friends
