Phew today flew by! First day of new job went really well; I noticed that the other two para's (though they are not really para's, they've not had any formal training; they've just had their jobs a long time) took the attny's questions/directions personally. This is going to be good for me bcuz we've been trained in our program not to take criticism personally. They got kind of testy whe he talked to them, which made him testy. I don't personalize it so there is less conflict and more opportunity to learn. Good lesson for me.

All right, off to class. I haven't read this whole case (moot court) so I might be in a pickle tonight.
