Dirty for the people who are only in there because they are my friends and no have no intention of eating anything other than Pringles, corndogs and PBR, but normal for everyone else.
Actually, I was going to ask you if you wanted to start a thread just for you kind of journaling your triathlete stuff, nutrition and workouts or whatever you wanted. I and a few others would benefit from it for sure if you have the time or desire.
Good, that will totally help me as I am too lazy to do anythiathalon sort of things due to the biking part - I live in the desert.
I am on detox as well, which blows ass. For the football playoffs some foods are just not going to be avoided.
I had one up of my abs for months and months but it led to a few stalkers....good luck with that! You shoudl include it in your triathlete thread. maybe it might motivate people?
