this is my evil little dog, Chupacabra. this picture was taken about the time i got her 5 years ago. the rescue i worked for acquired her from another rescue, nobody wanted her, they were going to put her to sleep. she was the meanest chihuahua ever....bit everyone that got near her except me. they begged me to take her, she was so old she wouldnt be around much longer and i should just let her live out her last few months with me. 5 years later, in heart failure, kidney failure, blind and deaf, and STILL mean as a snake, i finally had to put her down last week after one big seizure she was not recovering from.
this dog was the biggest pain in the ass but was such a part of my life. i miss her so much. she was one of the few constants over the past few years and i never thought i would miss her like this.
i am just glad shes finally not suffering anymore and i know at least she had a few good years of being spoiled after a rough life on the rescue circuit.
anyway, just wanted to vent and let you all know why i havent been around lately.
back to normal soon i hope.
