i've done a couple myself, most recently moving out to monterey while she was finishing college in wisconsin. it got messed up because of communication, and i think in the end that's the only thing you really need to concern yourself with, just staying on the same page. good luck!

Since 1998 with the same person. It has survived going through breast cancer, on/off again engagements, a few breakups, but in the end she is my closet, dearest friend and most trusted advisor. It is hard in a way ,depending on how you view things and your own insecurities, if you have any. Trust and communication are vital, as is having time to spend together.
